Because our engagements are custom software, marketing and hardware services, refunds are handled on a milestone basis as agreed in the signed proposal.
Services
Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once work on that milestone has started. Unused advances are refundable pro-rata.
Products and hardware
Hardware follows manufacturer warranty. Damaged-in-transit items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
